I'm a perfectionist when it comes to fight sequences: Jake Gyllenhaal

Jake Gyllenhaal toils really hard in his quest for perfection when it comes to his acting career.

Dedicated Jake put himself through the mill for his latest role in the high budget film 'Prince of Persia'-an adaptation from a computer game.

The actor avoided sitting around the set while all the stunts were being done by the professional and did as many scenes as possible for him.

"I always want to do as much as I can myself. And I'm a perfectionist when it comes to fight sequences. I want to get every move perfect and I refuse to accept anything less than that," the Daily Express quoted the 29-year-old actor as saying.

He did training for six months so that he could be perfectionist on the set and not just for aesthetics.

"I wore a flak jacket to work out and carried an extra 20lb when I went on a run to simulate the armour, which is very heavy. Whenever I ran I'd also carry something in my hand to get used to running with a sword," the 'Brokeback Mountain' star added further. (ANI)
